These terms are the agreement between you and Astroma for using the app at this website. Please read them together with our Privacy policy and our Cancellation & refunds policy, which are part of them.

By creating an account or using Astroma you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Astroma, and at least 18 (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) to buy Plus.
Astroma calculates astrological charts from astronomical data and uses AI language models to write interpretations, forecasts, tarot readings and chat answers. Astrology is not a science, and nothing in Astroma predicts the future or states facts about you or other people.
Content in Astroma is for self-reflection and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and it does not replace it. Don't make important decisions about your health, relationships, money or safety based on it. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
AI-written text can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. We work to ground it in your computed chart, but we don't guarantee its accuracy.
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email or with your Google account. Keep access to that email or Google account secure: whoever controls it can sign in to Astroma as you.
An account is for one person. Only add another person's birth details if they've agreed to it.
Astroma has a free plan and a paid plan, Plus, billed monthly or yearly. What each plan includes, and its fair-use limits, is shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
Plus on the web is sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record: it processes your payment, charges any VAT or sales tax, and issues your invoices. Prices are shown including VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms of sale.
Plus renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, as described in our Cancellation & refunds policy.
When using Astroma, you agree not to:
The birth details, questions and other content you enter stay yours. You let us store and process them only to provide Astroma to you, as described in our Privacy policy.
The app, its design, texts, chart artwork, tarot illustrations and software belong to Astroma or its licensors. You may use the readings and answers you receive for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Astroma is a young product. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we make a change that materially reduces what Plus includes during a period you've paid for, you can ask us for a pro-rated refund for the rest of that period.
You can stop using Astroma at any time and delete your account from the account page. Deleting your account cancels any subscription that could still charge you, and permanently deletes your data as described in our Privacy policy.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
Astroma is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on content in the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by agreement, including under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law or the consumer law of the country you live in.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws and may also bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies; continuing to use Astroma after that means you accept the new terms.
